• Standard Tracked Shipping: We provide standard tracked shipping within Australia for a maximum rate of $10.5. This option ensures your package arrives safely and includes tracking for your convenience.

• Express Tracked Shipping: Need your items in a hurry? Opt for our express tracked shipping within Australia for a flat rate of $15.

CANCEL:

Cancellations are accepted at Follow Pink Dream. You can cancel your order for any reason.

• Request a Cancellation: You can request a cancellation before the item is shipped and within 12 hours of purchase.

RETURN:

At Follow Pink Dream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a refund if the product is found to be damaged or not as described.

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage for insurance purposes, so please don’t dispose of the items or packaging.

REFUND:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your order, in Australian dollars.

We will not issue a refund if:

• The purchaser does not pick up the package(s).
• The purchaser simply changes their mind.
• The purchaser provided incorrect shipping address information.

Some of our items are handmade with love and care. Please note that these items require 2-3 days to be crafted before they are ready to ship.

• • Crafting Time: Handmade items may take 2-3 days to be made. We appreciate your patience as we create each item with attention to detail.

  • Shipping Separately: In some cases, your order may contain items that are shipped separately, especially if they include handmade items. This allows us to ensure each item reaches you in the best condition possible.
